We ship by UPS Ground to destinations in the lower
48 US states. US Postal Service is used for shipments
to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and foreign countries.

Orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time typically
ship same day. If your item is a custom jumping mat,
these typically ship in one to two days.
If you need your order for a birthday party or other
event, please inform us in the "Special Instructions"

to always ship popular items same day from stock; however,
please contact us if you would like to verify availability
before ordering.

will never do so. In recent years, recalls have been issued
by trampoline manufacturers including JumpSport, JumpKing
and Hedstrom. Should similar safety issues reoccur, we
reserve the right to notify customers who we believe may
