Superb Customer Service,

My kids original springs were all but destroyed. We had company coming from Houston, TX and I wanted all the children to enjoy the trampoline. I was able to order springs and have them delivered in just a few days. At first I thought they were too small but after calling customer service, they explained an easier installation method. My kids have been jumping happily ever since. I would definitely recommend Trampoline Pro Shop to anyone.

Depression therapy,

For a clinically depressed child, a lot depends on such simple things as spring and mat replacement and trampoline maintanance. Trampoline Pro Shop is a vital part of my sons therapy.

They caught my mistake!,

Not only do I love Trampoline Pro Shop and will refer others to it, I was impressed that when I sent in my mat measurements, someone from the company called me because they suspected my may and spring measurements weren't correct! I had measured my springs wrong! He asked me where I took the measurements from to double check my figures. Great customer service!

Replacement springs for old in-ground Tramp,

I recently received an order from Trampoline Pro Shop for replacement springs for my 1960 Nissen Frame in-ground trampoline. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the springs. The springs were not a perfect replacement for the originals. The originals measured 9.5" in length and the closest match was 9". Additionally, the spring diameters were different, but functionally, they seem to work well. I checked other sights and this one seemed to be the best fit.
